DJ Fenton Butchers are well known for their multi award winning sausages and pies freshly made on site, however we are still a traditional local family butchers and stock a wide range of fresh raw and cooked meats.
We offer customers the traditional skills of the master butcher and a thorough knowledge of the provenance of all the meat we offer. The animals we buy are naturally fed, predominantly on grass from ???. This flavour penetrates deep into the tissue of the meat.
All cold meats on offer are cooked ‘in house’. The bacon, hams and tongues are home cured according to traditional methods.
We are always happy to help with recipe suggestions, cooking times and the suitability of certain cuts for recipes.
