A Tickhill butchers’ bangers proved to be a smash hit with the judges in a regional sausage competition.  Experts at the British Pork Executive North West Region roadshow were so impressed with Carl Fenton’s red onion caramelised pork sausages they rewarded the 38-year-old with a gold ward certificate.
